Class schedules will soon be changing
Starting in October we will offer specific classes as a package deal.  Classes will run from two to six weeks at a time and meet one to three times per week.   We will be offering the original classes with additions of Kickboxing, and Aerobics.  Class size will be limited so contact Bob or Sami for more information.  Stay tuned and check www.facebook/augysfitnesscenter  for updates!

Kickboxing 101 with Sami

Cost $60.00 for 6 weeks Mondays @ 5:30 and Wednesdays @ 5:30

This is a 50 minute Cardio Kickboxing inspired class starting at beginners level with basic moves and progressing to intermediate level combinations. Learn to punch and kick your way to a strong new body!

Circuit Class with Bob

This class will consist of 8 stations of total body lifting including an Ab Station and Cardio Station. The first 2 weeks will consist of three sets of 30 seconds per station with a 15 second recovery, the second 2 weeks will consist of two sets of 45 seconds per station with a 20 second recovery, and the final week will consist of two sets of 1 minute per station with a 30 second recovery.There will be a good variety of exercises each class and we will hit every body part.
